Mission: Hitman: Russell
The factories district of Stilwater (at the lower-east side of the city - see right) has changed hands a few times in Stilwater’s history: from the Carnales to 3rd Street Saints in Saints Row; and the Loa Dust-peddling Sons of Samedi to 3rd Street Saints again in Saints Row 2.
Below ground, however, wind the Stilwater or “Phantom” Caverns, accessed via the Spelunking clothing store or an entryway nearby. It’s considered to be one of Stilwater’s many tourist traps, and includes a large, glassy lake upon which boat tours once ran. More relevant to the player is the caverns’ use as a neutral meeting ground - albeit one which is known to the police.
The in-world map isn’t particularly high-res, and so its use as a reference is limited, but the colour-coding and clear silhouette mean one can just about navigate by it. The map appears to be accompanied by a tourist-friendly, ‘spooky’ poster for the caverns, whose rumours of a haunting keep them visiting, both for the caverns and the Spelunking gift shop.
